Coming Up 

Laundry/Trash Bag Fundraiser

Visit the Fundraising Page for more information on this optional fundraiser provided by On Deck. The printable order form, "Tally Form", can be found under the Parent Resources menu. 

Practices

Practices will begin on 8/18 and be held on Monday's & Friday's from 7:00-8:30pm at Otterbein Field 1. Tentatively the last practice will be held on 10/6. 

Fall Rec

For those interested in signing up to play fall recreational baseball as discussed at the first parent meeting, I have included the link to the East Tipp team being coached by Brenton Wadsworth (Grant's dad) below:

Optional Fundraiser 

Hi families! We're excited to share an optional and super simple fundraiser to help support your player - the FUND THE FIELD CALENDAR. 

You can share the link on your social media, or send the link directly to friends and family via text or email. Donors simply: 

​

  • Access the calendar via the shared link from a PC/Laptop. Select your player's name from the menu on the left (it is helpful if you update your payment preference(s) on the document before sharing. Reference Isaac's as an example)

  • The donor will enter their name in the box to claim a date

  • Donors will send donations directly to your family through your preferred method (Venmo, PayPal, etc.)

Each calendar date equals a donation amount, so the 1st is $1, the 15th is $15, and so on. If all 30 dates are claimed, your family can raise up to $465. ​

You can find the fundraiser link:

  • Under the Fundraising Tab (dropdown menu below the Practice/Game Schedule)​ - simply copy and paste the direct link to share the google document via text/email or on social media. 

  • You can also find the link to the calendar under Parent Resources in the menu. 

  • It may take a minute for the document to fully load and show the player selection menu on the left - but it will populate.
