Optional Fundraiser
Laundry Detergent/Trash Bag Fundraiser
This is an opportunity to reduce your player fees. Same products as previous years and they have added laundry detergent sheets that dissolve in the wash.
1. Participation is optional.
2. Each item sold is $10 off of your On Deck Fees.
3. Orders can be taken until September 15th.
4. Collect Money at time of order.
5. Turn in one sheet - Individual Tally Form. Please find the printable Tally Form Under the Parent Resources Tab.
6. Turn in Tally Form and money between 4:30pm - 6:30pm at On Deck, Sept. 15th.
7. Orders should be delivered within 2 weeks after orders are turned in. An email will be sent out with an exact date/time.
Only turn in 1 check for your entire order! Have customers make checks out to you or give you cash. Then you write 1 check for everything and turn in on 9/15. Checks should be made payable to On Deck Baseball. Please be sure your name is on the order form, check and envelope if you turn in an envelope.

Every dollar donated goes directly to our players-100% of your contribution will be used for team apparel, gear, and game-related expenses such as tournament fees, equipment, and field rentals.
